SHIPPING

All orders are shipping in an attractive Laura Kass white box with a ribbon.  Please contact us if you would like additional gift wrapping or have special requests. 

DOMESTIC

FREE SHIPPING for orders shipped to destinations within the United States, our standard delivery methods are USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We also offer overnight shipping for $34.50, via UPS Next Day Air.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority for a flat rate of $30.00 (which should arrive in 6 to 14 business days, pending customs) or via DHL Express for a flat rate of $40.00 (which should arrive in 3-4 business days, pending customs).

Please note that all international packages may be subject to additional customs, duties, or other fees as calculated by each country's customs authority, which you are responsible for.


RETURNS

We put the utmost quality and love into each piece. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, we accept exchanges within 15 days of purchase for online store credit as long as the product is unworn, in original and resalable condition. Store credit does not expire and may also be applied toward custom work.

Custom orders are not exchangeable but please contact us if you are not fully satisfied. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us with any questions about credit or returns. We are also very happy to speak with you about sizing adjustments for any purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING

Please pay for return shipping, using the shipping method of your choice. We strongly encourage you to get a tracking number for your return shipment. We are not responsible for packages that are lost on their way to us.  We recommend insuring your repair or return. We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.

To get the return process started, send an email to laura@laurakass.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return.  We will authorize the return and send you the best address for mailing your package

Please note: Laura Kass reserves the right to deny credit for any returned goods that do not meet the requirements of our return policy, so please treat our pieces with lots of TLC.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. 

Can I use more than one form of payment on an order?  

Only one credit card or PayPal payment can be accepted on a single order.

Do you sell Gift Certificates?

Do you collect sales tax?

Sales tax is only applied to purchases made within the State of New York. Tax charges will appear automatically during your checkout.
